FBA Imports is a leading importer of quality affordable homewares and giftware, supplying to major Australian retailers. The company has grown by 25-30 per cent year on year over the last five years and needed a new IT system to support its expansion plans.

Business improvements
Since implementing PRONTO-Xi, FBA Imports has achieved major business process improvements, staff productivity gains and optimal warehouse operations. The average picking rate has improved 46 per cent.
PRONTO-Xi Alert Intelligence has also provided a control mechanism by sending alerts to the purchasing department if staff has raised an order above available stock on hand.
Further, the use of PRONTO-Xi Mobile Sales has improved customer service levels. Sales staff can take orders and check stock availability on a mobile scanner when in the show room or out visiting customers. Being automatically integrated with PRONTO-Xi has increased efficiency, reduced paperwork and data entry errors.
Going for growth
With plans to launch a new retail brand and establish distribution centres in Sydney and New Zealand, Meseha has forecast revenue growth of 20 per cent over the next two years, and is confident PRONTO-Xi will scale accordingly to facilitate its growth.
