Google Maps within Service Contract, Service Calls and Project Costing Maintenance

The latest enhancement within PRONTO-Xi Service and Project, is the integration with Google Maps. This makes the job of engineer allocation easier than ever before by providing a visual reference of where the engineers are and simplifies route planning for the next job.
This move streamlines the process for the dispatchers through a seamless integration with Google Maps, ensuring the most effective allocation of resources.
The new Google Maps functionality is available in Service Pack 670.2.

Track and Trace
A tight inventory management process can help increase operational efficiency across your business, improve customer service and reduce inventory and distribution costs.
To enhance inventory control, PRONTO-Xi Phase 6 now captures every movement of a serial item “in” and “out”. This means that every time a serial number is on a transaction, the full history of that transaction is stored. This allows you to see a full picture of the life of the item.
This new capability improves data capture, management capabilities and increases data integrity – giving you greater visibility into inventory processes and improves efficiency through reducing manual data entry.
